About Me

From architecture to web products

My career began in civil engineering and evolved through BIM management into independent web development — each stage adding new technical depth and product thinking.

Background

I earned my MSc in Industrial and Civil Engineering from the Lazaryan Institute of Railway Transport in Dnipro, Ukraine (2001–2006). My professional journey started as an architect, where I designed buildings and infrastructure projects across Ukraine.

In 2014, I transitioned to BIM (Building Information Modeling) management, working on large-scale international construction projects in Turkey for 8 years. This role required deep expertise in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and custom automation — skills that later became the foundation for my web development career.

Web Development Career

While working as a BIM Manager, I began building web tools to automate workflows and share engineering calculations online. The first project — Energo-pass — calculated energy passports for buildings and was published as a free SaaS product. This led to a series of web applications: 5D (building schemes), Calendar-logging (metric tracking), Fertig-Lance (freelance marketplace), CRM, and several Telegram bots.

In 2025, I moved to Germany as a Digital Building Manager and began offering professional web development services — specializing in conversion-focused landing pages and multi-language websites with transparent pricing and rapid turnaround.

Digital Building Manager — Germany

February 2025 – September 2025

Leading digital transformation in construction projects. Implementing BIM standards, coordinating model exchanges, and developing web-based tools for project management. Working with German construction standards and building energy regulations.

BIM Manager — Turkey

September 2014 – March 2022

Managed BIM coordination for large-scale international construction projects. Developed custom Revit plugins in C#, automated workflows with Python, created energy calculation tools, and trained teams of 15+ engineers. Led the transition from 2D CAD to full 3D BIM workflows.

May 2006 – March 2014

Designed residential, commercial, and industrial buildings. Produced construction documentation, 3D visualizations, and project proposals. First experience with automation using Excel macros and AutoCAD LISP scripts.
